The unit was large. It had a beautiful view of the sea across the street. The unit could use an update. It served our purposes. Our only real complaint was the towels were terrible.

What a wonderful location and host. Would recommend this flat to anyone. Sitting relaxing looking at the sea was a perfect way to start and end the day. Transportation was right at the door so easy access to coastal towns. Can’t say enough about the host. When we needed help she was there for us. Myra and Susan

Additionally, a small, well-stocked supermarket nearby provided all the essentials we needed throughout our stay. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll or a quick bike ride, the charming Old Town of Nice was just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute cycle away, offering a wonderful blend of local culture and vibrant atmosphere.The beach, a mere stone's throw across the street, was a daily highlight. We were treated to truly amazing sunsets over the Mediterranean, creating unforgettable evenings. Inside, the apartment itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home.I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful base from which to explore Nice!
