Our visit was a lot of fun. The cottage is nicely renovated and the owner was very responsive to my questions. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games at the table. The fire pit was the best part of the grounds as it's next to the lake. I gave the property a 4 for two reasons: there isn't A/C, and unfortunately coming off of a heatwave, the cottage was hot/humid the first night even with 6 fans going and windows open; secondly, I was attacked by baby flies upon arrival and they were everywhere, as were the gnats. Otherwise we had a great time and the Lyndonville fireworks were awesome! The town of Olcott is a short drive away and has lots of shops, a beach and huge park.

We had a lot of fun. The property was cute. The night time fires were amazing. House was stocked with all essential items. However there was thousands of dead bugs in all the windowsills and under the furniture. And the outside grass and foliage isn’t well maintained
