Welcome to Stones Throw, a cozy 2BR/1BA Folly Beach cottage on the quieter west side of the island, just a short walk from the beach and Center Street. With two King bedrooms, a large screened porch, a fully fenced backyard, and pet-friendly accommodations with approval, it's a comfortable home base for up to six guests.

Inside, you'll find an open living area with a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have King beds, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans, and share one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spend your downtime on the screened porch or in the fenced backyard with outdoor seating, a propane grill, and an outdoor rinse shower. Best of all, you can leave the car parked and easily enjoy both the beach and Center Street.

Parking: Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway.
Beach equipment is not provided, but guests are welcome to use any equipment that may be available at the property.

Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside of the property.

PETS
Pets are considered with advance approval from our office. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 plus tax, per pet, applies and must be paid before arrival.
A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a maximum weight of 60 lbs. per pet. Puppies under one year old and cats are not permitted.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are subject to the property's approval requirements and applicable fees.

HOUSE POLICIES
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.
To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
The property's maximum occupancy of 6 guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
