The Space:

The two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, provide the your whole party with privacy and relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the open-plan living area features a dining room table perfect for sharing meals and making memories with friends or loved ones.



Step out onto the balcony through expansive sliding glass doors and bask in the panoramic views, ideal for unwinding with a glass of Central Otago wine on a balmy summer evening.

The outdoor seating and BBQ area is perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the sights.

• Underfloor heating, gas fireplace, wall heaters to keep you toasty warm.



A BBQ is available for guest use. If you'd like to use it during your stay, please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival. A fee of NZD $60 applies, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and professional cleaning afterward.



Please note that this property is on the side of Queenstown Hill and walking does require navigating an incline. The property itself has internal stairs from the carpark.



BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:

Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed

Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds



*Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. If you decide to change the setup after you've arrived, a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee applies. This covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange the beds and fit new linen.

Baby Accessories - A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 22.
Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM

Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.
