This home is less that five minutes to Interstate 10 and just off of beautiful Scenic Highway. Convenient to the airport and Pensacola Beach, with all of the amenities of home. This huge 4 bedroom, 3 bath home boasts over 3,000 square feet of space. The living room features huge tall ceilings, an oversized leather sectional, and a large flat screen smart TV. The large dining room connects to the fabulous, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and high-end commercial grade stainless steel appliances. As an added bonus, there is a huge game room that the kids will absolutely love. There is another sectional couch and smart TV along with a poker table, air hockey, and a gigantic chalk board. The bedrooms are split with the huge primary king suite and another queen bedroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms connected with a Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom with a king bed and crib and the other with two twin bunk beds. Every bedroom comes with a mounted smart TV for entertainment. There is plenty of space for large families or two families coming together.
The backyard is the stuff dreams are made of. Just off the living room are 3 sets of French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio where you will find outdoor dining, a Big Green Egg, a hammock, fire pit, and corn hole boards. Oh yeah, and the gorgeous private in-ground pool. You will not want to leave the back yard and why would you. On the side of the house there is a huge driveway with ample space for multiple vehicles, a boat trailer, or even an RV.

House was big enough for our family to spread out and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Wish the pool was heated too cold to swim. Beds were comfortable. Wish there was a tv outside and in the bunk room we made do by buying one to use.

The property was exactly like the pictures. Luxurious and spacious, an excellent place to vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, well lit pool area for night owls. Safe neighborhood for kids and dog walks. The price point for this vacation rental is well worth it.

The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but we encountered several serious issues that overshadowed our stay. Some of the interior doors didn’t open and close properly, which was inconvenient. Worse, the house had a noticeable roach infestation, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. Roaches even got into our belongings, which was incredibly stressful as we were in the middle of getting ready for a wedding and didn’t have time to stop and take pictures.
When we reached out to the property manager about the roach issue and requested even a partial refund, they refused, saying that we didn’t provide pictures. Given the circumstances, this was very disappointing. While the house is lovely, the combination of the infestation, dirty floors, and poor management response means I can’t recommend this property.
