• Trailers, RVs, boats, and commercial vehicles are not permitted within the neighborhood.
• Guests arriving with these vehicles may park them at nearby off-site locations, such as the shopping center area.
• All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway or designated community parking areas.
• Parking on neighborhood streets is prohibited and may result in fines or towing.

Nature Setting:
This home is located alongside a small wooded area, providing added privacy and a peaceful setting. As with most coastal and wooded environments, guests may occasionally encounter insects or other wildlife around the exterior of the property despite regular pest control measures.
