This apartment is spacious and bright and can be perfect for a business and/or tourist stay with free WiFi and a space dedicated to teleworking seen on the common garden of the building.

The accommodation
Ideal business trips or family holidays.
It has:
- A large bright living room with living room (comfortable sofa, TV, fiber internet box and TV box) open to the dining area,
-A fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery) with high table/bar.
- A first bedroom with 2 single beds that can be grouped together with a double duvet available and a large dressing room overlooks the quiet and quiet street.

All beds are equipped with comfortable bedding, mattress protector, sheets, duvet and pillows. Bed linen is provided (extra duvets are available).

It is up to you to choose according to your heating needs at no extra charge. Any addition of auxiliary heaters is strictly forbidden (not suitable for the accommodation), please contact us if necessary.
