You will love this immaculate and cozy home that has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a multi-family adventure! If you love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you'd rather eat out, there are enough restaurants within walking distance that you can try a new one every night for a week! If you're a caffeine junkie, this is the place, the kitchen is stocked with a K-cup, a drip coffee machine AND a coffee press (and of course the pods and grounds to stoke your habit!). The beds are so comfortable even Goldilocks sleeps like a baby here!
We just upgraded the living room to a 75" smart TV! and if you can't agree on what to watch, or if the adults are ready for a little kid-free time, each bedroom has a brand new smart TV, so you can watch all your favorite shows!
Summer Place is a quiet 14 unit townhome community located just a short walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants in Gulf Place. Walk to ice cream (Pecan Jack's - best on 30A!), Pizza By the Sea, Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, and so much more!
We want to make sure your experience is exceptional! Every bed and surface of the home is deep-cleaned and sanitized after each stay. We provide high-quality, 100% cotton bath linens and all the toiletries you need. The house is also ready for you with dish soap and hand soap, and starter packs of dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and garbage bags. Each of the 9 beds is outfitted with soft, comfortable sheets, blankets, throws and pillows.
We try to anticipate our guests' every need, offering a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. We also provide several concierge services:
• Avoid the first day grocery run - we'll stock the fridge with the basics or send us a shopping list!
• Want to charter a fishing trip or head to Crab Island, have a Beach Bonfire or a professional Sandcastle-making lesson for the whole family? Let us know, we’ll set it up!
• Celebrating a birthday party or anniversary? Let us do the planning & decorating for you!
• How about paddleboard, kayaking or jet skis? We will arrange rentals so they're at the house when you arrive – so you can RELAX and HAVE FUN!

• Parking: 2 cars at the townhouse (one behind the other). Free overflow parking at Gulf Place, 2 blocks away.
• Minimum age to book: 26. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No pets, no smoking or vaping, no parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm–8am (community rule).
• Max occupancy 12. Guests not listed on the reservation may not stay overnight.
• A signed rental agreement and a refundable $1,000 security-deposit hold (via our booking software) are required before your door code is issued.
• Cancellations follow the policy shown at booking; we strongly recommend travel insurance. No refunds for weather or travel disruptions.
• Damage beyond normal wear is the renter's responsibility. Exterior cameras at the doors are for your security.
• Door code is sent 24 hours before check-in and activates at 4pm.

Location of the property was perfect, everything you needed within walking distance. Our host did a great job of communicating with us. If you’re wanting a less crowded beach I recommend making the walk to spooky lane (drop off, no parking). The house was very family friendly with lots of things for kids to enjoy. Papa surfs, Crackings, AJs, pecan jacks, and blue mountain creamery best food and sweet treats. Cleaners should pay a little more attention to details. Floors did not appear to be mopped lots of spots from spills, grill outside was left pretty dirty, downstairs bedroom has no clothing storage, beach items in garage are not in the best shape. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit in the future.

Great property. Right next to EVERYTHING. You won’t need to bring most beach items; cart, chairs, toys, towels, even umbrellas are provided. If you have kids you know how much space that saves when traveling. When you leave the beach drop into the restaurant you want to have dinner at (usually 2 hour wait) but get on the list, go back to the house, shower and get ready…then it’s dinner time with no wait.

Great experience but it definitely seemed more than a 300 ft walk to the beach. More like maybe 600m as you have to walk down the street and cross a road to get to the public beach

Great location, everyone enjoyed foosball, ping pong, games, and puzzles. We left a 250 year celebration puzzle for future guests and some ice cream sandwiches for the cleaners.
