Welcome to “A Beach Haven”, a STUNNING vacation rental half-duplex property that offers 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a bonus room so your whole family can come together to enjoy a wonderful vacation at North Topsail Beach.
When you first arrive you are greeted by a gravel driveway and garage area that offers ample parking for you and your guests. Use your keyless access code to enter the home, and feel free to take the elevator or stairs up to get your vacation started. This property offers a reverse floor plan layout with the first 2 floors being bedroom levels and the Living area being on the top floor.
On the first floor, you have an island-side bedroom with a queen-sized bed, Flat Screen smart TV, and access to a private covered deck. You also have a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk Bed (twin on top/full on bottom) and Flat Screen smartTV. These two bedrooms have access to the full shared bathroom, with shower tub combo, that is located in the hall. At the end of the hall, you will find a Master Suite complete with a King-sized bed, flat-screen Smart TV, access to a private ocean-side deck, and a full private bath with a large tiled shower. On the second floor, you have another Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, access to the ocean-side deck, and a private full bath with Large Tiled Shower. You also have a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen smart TV. At the end of the hall, you will find a bonus room with a queen sleeper couch, flat screen smart TV, and access to a private Island side deck. This room is also home to a full-size washer and dryer that is tucked away in the laundry closet. The queen bedroom and bonus room share access to the full shared bathroom, with shower tub combo, that is located in the hall.
Make your way to the top floor where you will find the main living area of the property. The open floor plan invites you to enjoy views from all sides of the property. The living room offers ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and access to the covered oceanside deck. Step out on the deck and soak in the incredible view and the ocean breeze. Soak in the oversized hot tub while listening to the waves crash on the beach. When it's time to feed your crew the luxury kitchen is well stocked with all of your basic cooking needs. Enjoy sound side views off the street side deck while you wait for dinner to be ready. The large dining room table offers seating for 8 and there are an additional 5 stools around the Kitchen Island so that the whole family can gather together to enjoy their meals.

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and beach were a short walk away. The house was clean and stocked with toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The unit easily stayed cool and comfortable. The area felt safe for our family.

We recently stayed at this property in North Topsail Beach and overall had a great experience with a few frustrations worth noting.The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location just a short distance from the beach. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel comfortable and inviting for our entire group. The beds were very soft and cozy—perfect if you prefer that style of mattress like I do.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including some fun extras like a Ninja Slushie machine, which was a nice touch. The basement was another highlight—it was fully equipped with entertainment options and had plenty of beach gear available, including chairs, buckets, umbrellas, a sand stroller, and more. It really made beach days easy and enjoyable.Customer service was also a plus. When we had an issue with the front door keypad not working properly, the response was quick and a maintenance technician came out the same day to fix it, which we really appreciated.That said, there were a few downsides. The hot tub was not in good condition—it was dirty, cold, and needed water added, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were workers pressure washing properties every single day of our stay, starting as early as 7 a.m. The equipment was extremely loud and often parked right next door, even when they were working a few houses away. It was disruptive, and we were surprised when we returned one day to

Everything was wonderful!! So clean and everything was just as they said. So many extras that other properties do not offer. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend Lewis Realty - they are very professional and helpful!
