Gorgeous villa 600 meters away from the Carini gulf and beach. Mamma Manda is fully immersed in a lush park, with tropical and Mediterranean plants. Here you can find the charming pool (15x5 mt) and adjcent to it there is the BBQ area ideal for unforgettable Sicilian meals.
Hammocks, deckchairs, umbrellas, lounges, cushions, armchairs... will make your stay in the park very comfortable.
In the park there is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower.
A stone boulevard leads to the villa.
It shows 3 bedrooms two of them with en-suite, and a living room with a full equipped kitchen.
There is another bathroom adjacent the living room.
All bathrooms are with shower.
Adjacent to the living area is a charming gazebo with sofa and coffee tables.
In the living room there is also a sofa bed.
The house is equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful holiday.
The sandy beach is 600 meters away (even though during the overcrowded summer season we suggest to enjoy the ones in Capaci or Cinisi, both at 5 kms away) and the city center about 700.

We absolutely loved our stay, Francesco was amazing and so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the villa was perfect for a few days hangout of cooking, relaxing by the pool and playing games.The only things to be aware of which we have shared with Francesco, is sometimes the downstairs bathroom smells like sulfur and the beach at the end of the road was closed. That being said, the beds are super comfortable and we would love to come back in the future and next time we might hire a car if we want to visit more places nearby although Francesco was so helpful with taxis and things. Grazie :)

This is really a wonderful place to stay! The garden is really amazing and the house itself is very cozy, clean, and well equipped. Though two of the three bedrooms are in a basement, they are very comfortable and spacious and this is not a minus indeed! Furthermore one of them has the bathroom ensuite and a luminous door-window with a small terrace, connecting with the garden.Francesco was perfect and we will save a beautiful memory of our stay thanks also to the proximity to the center of the town, the sea and Palermo.see you soon!

This is the most beautiful Villa, Pool, Space we have ever had the honor of using. Clean, well maintained, and just plain gorgeous structure. The host was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. This location is Sicily. All those images you have in your mind, this is it.

We had a great time in this villa - which was spacious and clean and had a lovely pool set in beautiful, tropical gardens. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, which makes all the difference.Francesco - who looks after the property - was super helpful and was able give us plenty of restaurant tips as well as advice on navigating Palermo.The villa is set on the outskirts of Carini, and it's close to the main road to get along the coast to the main sights. I'd say it's about half an hour to get into Palermo by car and an hour and a quarter from Cefalu'. It's an easy drive to Segesta.The local seafront close to the properly is fine for a morning run but not for swimming. For that you need to go Capaci, the next town towards Palermo. There the beach is fantastic and you can swim with the mountains in the background.We highly recommend this villa.
