This basic beach house is perfect for 2 families or 1 large family! ONLY 750 feet to the beach and just a bike ride into the Village of Duck where you can spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying a stroll on the public boardwalk or try your luck at crabbing!

The 14 x 25 Private pool with fiber optic lighting is a delightful way to cool offer during hot summer days, especially after a perfect day at the beach! Enjoy morning coffee, lunch, or cocktails while lounging by the pool, or just enjoy a long relaxing soak in the hot tub! Rinse off in the outside shower! There is an exercise bike that you can use as well and a spare refrigerator!

Here you will find the dining area that offers 2 tables that can seat 6 each! The kitchen has everything needed for family vacation meals, including a Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and more!
Bottom level:
This is where all of the bedrooms are located, 3 bedrooms with queens and 1 bedroom with a single and a bunk bed. ALL bedrooms have a TV! There are also 2 full bathrooms on this level.

Our family loved our stay. The house was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. Host was very accommodating with our requests. And we loved the pool. Spent a lot of time there.

This rental is a superb choice for a smaller group staying in Duck. It's a block from the beach, and at a public access point, which matters. The house has the near-obligatory pool and hot tub, both very nice and nicely secluded. It's a two-level, with bedrooms downstairs and everything else upstairs. We found the property very clean and well-tended. The furnishings are a little back-dated, but everything works, and the beds are very comfortable. One important note: You'll find not a speck of food in the place -- not even salt or cooking oil, nor coffee filters. We found the upper level almost uncomfortably warm in the midday hours, while the downstairs stayed at a constant 72 degrees. Otherwise, highly recommended!

The house had plenty to offer however,the bathroom floors looked like they haven't been scrubbed for years, just wiped down.The outside furniture is beyond it's time. The pool furniture with the exception of the lounge chairs are so old. Anything metal was rusted with the rust falling on the ground and in your lap. Cuts could happen on these chairs and table. It just needs updating. We loved the pool and the house has plenty of cooking items you would need.The decking also needs attention.
