We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It's size is deceptive, lots of room to accommodate, although sleeping 6 may be a stretch. Well appointed, very clean. Great pool and steps to the beach. We had a great time!

Very cozy property. Check in and out was very easy. Close to many things. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay again!

The location was good for beach access, but this beach isn't super clean. I ended up with tar on my feet, shoes, beach chairs, which was super hard to get off. Overall the condo could use a couple hours of maintenance to get it up to Excellent, missing outlet cover and falling in ceiling access made it feel a little more rundown than it is. Cozy and fit our family of 4 just fine, but I can't imagine having any more people staying in there. And don't bother to text the contact number to ask for anything, you won't get a response.

The property is described perfectly. The condo is small but if you are there to sit inside you are there for all the wrong reasons! Very short walk to the beach, right by a cross walk. Heavy traffic between the condo and the ocean, but it is an island and to be expected. The condo had everything we needed, including stuff to wash/dry our clothes. The laundry room is right across the hall and was helpful, although the dryer didn't work well, so hanging stuff over the balcony would have been helpful but not allowed.
Our only complaint was that none of the pools and only one of the hot tubs heat worked. There were so many people trying to fit into one small hot tub that we did not go back. If these items would have been working it would have improved our stay tremendously. It was disappointing. This has no reflection on the condo we stayed in, location or the property manager.
