Riva Ridge South 665 is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a sophisticated mountain retreat with a private balcony and views of the surrounding mountains and hot tub area. Thoughtfully updated throughout, the residence combines contemporary finishes with a comfortable, inviting layout.
The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops with counter seating, and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The adjoining living area features hardwood flooring, a sandstone-surround gas fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table for six.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double-sink granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower with a custom glass enclosure. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom is designed as a custom bunk room with two twin beds and convenient access to a full bathroom directly across the hall, featuring a granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms include wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.
Additional conveniences include a custom built-in entry bench with cubby storage, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, and ski storage in the Riva Ridge South parking garage. Guests also enjoy access to convenient ski storage at American Ski Exchange in Vail Village.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, premium linens and towels, hairdryers, bath amenities, and daily housekeeping are included.

Overall, our stay was great. The building itself is a little worn down, but it was undergoing a remodel while we were there. The unit we stayed in was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Being charged what seemed like full price during a major renovation was my only gripe. We had an infant and a 3 year old with us, so nap time was challenging with all of the banging and power tools during the day. The property manager alluded to this when we booked, but didn’t accurately represent the extent of the renovation that would be taking place. Nonetheless, the unit itself and location more than made up for this issue. The front desk was immensely helpful and we ended up staying an extra day.
