We had a great time. House and farm very nice. Friendly horses!

This property, host, and overall stay were amazing! The communication with the owners was friendly, quick in response time and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us and our kids feel welcome and prepared leading up to our trip and while we were there. The animals on the property and tree swing were enough to put this place on our “return” list for the next time(s) we visit the university. Our kids built real core memories visiting with the cows, feeding the horses, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We wish we would’ve stayed longer! Overall the house was rather clean with the exception of some ants in the kitchen, which I’m sure is due to the time of year and being on a farm. As well as things that the common eye typically wouldn’t see. We were traveling with a crawling-infant so we saw things like under the couch and cabinets when run away toys needed to be retrieved and did an extra mopping of the floor for babies little hands and knees. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again! Fabulous host and the perfect place for a lowkey, simple getaway, making big memories!

This home was just what the doctor ordered. My husband and I have a large family and very busy lives. What we needed was time away from everyday life alone,quiet ,peacefulness and serenity. This was perfect. The home was immaculate and comfortable. The views of farm land , livestock and the sounds of nature were calming and relaxing. The view of sunsets off the back porch were stunning. Our only regret is that we only had a week at this wonderful place. would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first! The house is clean and comfortable, with splendid bucolic views (horses in the front, cows out back). Excellent place to stay when you're in the Harrodsburg-Danville area.
