Offering a cost effective alternative to a hotel stay for large groups, our second property and brand new-build deluxe Portrush holiday home sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms. It has 3 kings, 1 double and 3 triples (10 individual beds) with 3.5 bathrooms.

Situated on the scenic North Antrim coast it's a short walk to the amenities of Portrush town centre and the Harbour/Ramore. A host of tourist attractions, blue flag beaches and the world class Royal Portrush Golf Club are on the doorstep.
This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2100 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. A DVD collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.
Living Room
Spacious bright living room with tiled wooden flooring and luxurious seating for up to 14 persons. Large flat screen HD TV, with a gas fire and ambient lighting. Feature canvas of 'Rihanna's Tree' from Bangor Co Down.
Kitchen/Dining
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table for seating up to 14. There is ample crockery, dishes, glassware, ovenware, pots and pans. there are 2 full size ovens and a 5 ring ceramic hob. An american style fridge freezer dispenses water and ice on demand.
Garden Area
The dining area opens through patio doors onto a fully enclosed garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking.
King Bedroom - ‘Rathlin’
Striking red and black checked comforter, pillows and cushion, with matching grey curtains and bedding. Sumptuous grey textured sleigh bed. HD 'smart'TV with built in DVD player. Double Bedroom – ‘Dunseverick’
In tones of aubergine, grey and white. Bedside shelves and wardrobe. Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV with DVD player.

Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC with grey tiling. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.
The Grove is well equipped for babies and children. There is a cot, highchair, cot bedding, kids dishes and cutlery.
The Grove welcomes dogs. You will find leads, bowls, poop bags, dog shampoo, dog towels, dog toys, dog beds all for you use whilst you are at The Grove.

Used this house as base of operations for our wedding at Dunluce. It is a Beautiful property that is well positioned for a holiday in greater Portrush. Conveniently near Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and more. Daily amenities like Tesco, pubs ans petrol are also nearby. Our only regret was we had to leave but plan to return.

We had a group of 12 golfers that stayed at two properties owned by Jo.
They were perfect for our needs - 6 in one house and 6 in the other.
The properties are across from each other in the Hopefield Area.
They are both well appointed and have everything we needed.
Very modern and clean.
Jo was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and very helpful when we arrived quite late in the evening.

We, a group of golfers rented this great house for one week. Absolutely nothing is missing. Beautifully furnished and equipped with great taste. The property is in a very quiet location about 1.5 km outside the centre of Portrush. The best house we have ever rented.

We truly loved the location and neighborhood of the home. Great size kitchen, living room and outdoor space. The issue we had with the house was the need for a better cleaning service of their property. Their was quite a bit of mold in all of the bathroom showers that revealed a lack of quality control. We had just left a spotless VRBO and we saw a marked difference. We were unable to use the washing machine as the dispenser was literally caked in mold and when opening the front loader, it was infested with black mold. As you can imagine, it made us very Leary as to the true cleanliness of anything since these were visibly obvious issues.
