Welcome to our lovely Victorian-era mansion built in the 1860s. The house has tons of charm and quirky additions to its historic beginnings. Converted to a bed and breakfast in 2000, it boasts 8 sleeping rooms each with it`s own full bathroom.
Outside in the backyard is like a hidden oasis for you and your group to enjoy during your stay. Enjoy swimming in our 15,000 gallon pool, lounging on the deck, and relaxing at the cabana bar.
Sleep 16 people (Max Occupancy).
House Rules:
- Please respect our neighbors by limiting noise while enjoying the pool and grounds. A strict noise ordinance is in effect starting at 10pm until 7am. Absolutely no amplified music or loud noises are allowed including but not limited to Bluetooth and phone speakers, musical instruments, clapping, hollering, or loud talking.
- Max guest occupancy is 16 persons
- No glitter, confetti, or similar media allowed. This includes pool floats.
- Smoking is allowed outside only. Please discard of cigarettes butts properly. [An additional fee may be applied if butts found on grounds]
- No events or parties involving people not included in the reservation group WITHOUT APPROVAL.
- Events and parties may require an event contract and fee.

We had a fantastic stay here. We had a large group and everyone had comfortable arrangements. A+++

Dan was excellent and present to accommodate us on our arrival. He took the time to give us some useful tips around Mardi Gras. The house is great to accommodate eight couples (Private bathrooms in each room is a big plus)
It was unfortunate on the cooler weather. Did not get the opportunity to enjoy the pool and outdoor bar which would be awesome in the summer months.
The only one recommendation I would consider is a rental car. We mostly Ubered since the house is a 35 min walk to Bourbon and French Quarters.
Overall a great Stay, and Thanks Dan for a wonderful venue.

Could not say enough good things about this property. The group thought so as well. The pool is a perfect place to hang out all day. Huge open space at the bar for people to play any sort of games they can think of. We used the grill to make some burgers for the group which was clutch. There are even two bunk houses if anyone in your group needs privacy. It was only a 15 min walk to frenchman and about 25 to burbon st, which was perfect for our group. Ubers from there to those two areas we're super cheap as well. The checkout process was super easy as well! My friend even left something at the property, and Daniel was super responsive and was able to mail his items back to my friend. Would definitely rent this property again!

The house is large but the rooms are all separate from one another so there is really not a shared space that can be easily accessed.by all. Very strange layout with some rooms connected to others and some only accessible by outside entrances. We thought we’d be able to open our doors and easily chat with & see one another. Not the case. The outdoor space could use a bit more lighting, especially around the pool. Overall, decent house. Not much to walk to around the area but safe enough.
