This gorgeous lake house features four bedrooms and a special game room with custom-built queen over queen bunk beds for comfortable adult sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed and all other beds are queens. There are 8 beds in all. The master bathroom offers a soaker tub with views of the lake, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Unfortunately this property is not available to rent to student groups. Families and groups of adults 25+ are welcome to book. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

Communication was great with host. Very attentive. House is beautiful decorated, spacious and clean. It has a lot of amenities. I loved the coffee bar! It is in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing sitting areas you can eat inside or outside. Great views from every place in the house. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub clean. Outside patio with comfy couches. Pool has a safety fence. Overall a wonderful stay. Definitely will book again!
