This was our second stay in this same unit. We will continue to rent from him. Very nice unit with an excellent view. We also met the owner Ragip who was extremely polite and very nice. We had two minor issues. The cable box would not work. He came by and sent maintenance. The box had to be replaced which was handled the very next morning by the cable company. It is a smart tv so we had access to apps to watch. He also delivered a brand new keurig. There is beach chairs and an umbrella. No need to rent one unless you want to.
