Large private, well equipped 4 bedroom house in mature garden with a large sunny deck and a creek running through part of the property. A King bed, 2 Queens, a Sofa bed, a King Single and Single bed now sleeping up to 10. Unlimited hot water on an infinity system. Free internet and Sky TV! A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Keep warm in winter with a fireplace wood fire, heat pump and heat transfer system as well as electric blankets on all beds. Family friendly with a wide variety of DVD's, books, games and toys available.
Situated just a short walk from Greytown's boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. A great base to explore the regions vineyards, forest parks and festivals or to simply unwind. Close to the Rail Trail - walk or bike Greytown's scenic trail.

Cosy spacious house, great woodburner, well equipped kitchen and great choice of tv channels. Lots of books and stuff for children and good access to local trails for dog walking. Comfortable beds, lots of storage, great bathroom, easy communication with the owner, thank you for the milk and timtams on arrival!

Nice place to stay. We really appreciated the car port, the heating and the fire as we arrived in a wet southerly.

The property was very much to our needs. Lovely fire in dinning room and easy to light. The lounge was warmed by the heat pump which was lovely. Very comfortable and homey. Thank you very much. Bev Masters
