We are happy to welcome you to this house near the port of Morin for a pleasant stay to discover the island of Noirmoutier.
House of 110m2, 3 bedrooms (2 of which are in a row), sleeps 6. It has a central patio with garden furniture, a 2nd terrace, a barbecue, wifi internet access, television, billiard room, private parking.
A large fully equipped kitchen where you will enjoy cooking local products with cooking range and all the essential equipment.
Possibility to accommodate 2 additional travelers but in a blind room.
Put down your car and escape by bike on the many cycle paths to discover the salt marshes and the profession of salt worker. Enjoy the beaches of Devin, Luzeronde, the mill of La Bosse.
You will be 4 kms from Noirmoutier en l'île accessible by cycle path by crossing the salt marshes.
Learn to fish on foot for clams and cockles on the Gois, a submersible road that connects the island to the mainland, to La Guérinière for shrimps, to L'Herbaudière for oysters.
Discover the must-see places that make the reputation of the island; the beach of the demoiselles with its beach huts, the wood of La Chaize with its large family residences, the pretty village of the old, the very dynamic port of l'Herbaudière without forgetting the various markets that punctuate the life of the island.

The property was everything we needed for a comfotable and relaxing holiday. The house was spacious, clean and comfotrable and very well equipped. Also cool inside. Would recommend for a family (we were two adults and two under fives). Parking was easy , no stress !!

This was our first time in Noirmoutier, a great discovery. Beautiful place to cycle around, charming beaches. The house is well located and equipped. We loved the small sailing school close by. We had a great time. The landlords are very friendly.
