A clean, well-furnished and extremely comfortable appartment in the heart of Kendal. The location was ideal and we all slept ever so well in the very comfortable beds. All the communication for parking and checking in was really helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very clean. Brilliant location. Imaan was an excellent host and responded really quickly to any messages. We would return again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation clean. One small issue was the sofa, which may need a deeper clean. After sitting on it, some of us felt itchy and chose not to use it again during our stay. If the sofa were included in the cleaning schedule, the guest experience would be even better. Anther issue is that the parking information could be clearer. The listing mentioned “free parking,” which led us to assume there was a private parking space available. However, the free parking was actually on a public street and only applied between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. After 8:00 AM, parking charges apply, and guests may receive a council parking fine if they forget to pay. This restriction was not clearly explained before booking. It would be helpful if the host could provide more detailed information about the parking arrangements in the listing so that future guests can make a fully informed decision before booking.
