The place was gross... we stay in ocean city evey year for 8 years now and was horrible.. no only was it dirty the place is falling apart holes in the wall...dry wall cracking with chuncks missint... curtain falling off.. door was wide open when we showed up didnt feel safe.. the locks they give u a code to get it but my 11 year old pushed just right and popped right open.. safe right lol.. tvs didnt work let alone bought the smallest ones you can see from the beds. half the outlets were not working.. chunks on hair on dressers. Floor tile cracked and uneven. Laundry room was completely trashed!!!! Couches are broken falling apart and makes alot of noises. Don't stay here for the amount of money they charge we have tons of pictures. WE WANT PART OF OUR MONEY BACK.. what a disappointment after driving 8 hours.

View from the deck was fantastic. Living, dining and kitchen area spacious. Curtains needed upgrades. Double beds were uncomfortable. But overall it was great

We had a great stay, very much enjoyed the view and the amenities of the building!! Unit was clean but furniture and appliances could use an update.

Great location and building amenities. This unit is run down and spot cleaned only. We had to rewash cooking items and reorganize the shelves to find anything. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and leaked. The AC unit on first floor never got below 75, even though we were told maintenance checked and it’s working properly. The beds were uncomfortable, even for teenagers. Communication from the property manager is templated, responses are canned apologies but lacks care. Given the money paid for this property, we were very disappointed. It should get a deep clean, kitchen items cleaned out/restocked (not even pot holders to take anything out of the oven) and at least a minimal rehab.
