Cherrywood Ranch is a private North Georgia mountain retreat designed for unforgettable time with family and friends. And if you're planning a wedding, we're more than a vacation home where weddings are permitted — Cherrywood Ranch is an established wedding venue designed for couples who want their wedding, lodging, rehearsal, and celebration all in one beautiful location.
PLANNING A WEDDING IN 2027?
The lodging reservation covers the rental of the home. All weddings require a separate Cherrywood Ranch Wedding Venue Contract and wedding venue fee.
The 2027 Wedding Venue Fee is $4,100 for weddings of up to 75 guests.
A $1,800 non-refundable event deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and is applied toward the $4,100 wedding venue fee. The remaining $2,300 venue balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
Weddings with more than 75 guests require prior approval and are charged $10 per person over 75 guests, based on the number of ceremony chairs requested and set up by Cherrywood Ranch.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE WEDDING VENUE
Your wedding venue includes use of our beautifully decorated 30×40 mountain-view pavilion with romantic lighting, drapes, and decorative greenery, along with:
• Reception tables and chairs
• Cherrywood Ranch tablecloths
• Ceremony chairs and outdoor ceremony area with decorative arch
• Vintage sweetheart loveseat
• Outdoor bar
• Cocktail and vendor tables
• Tables for catering, cake, gifts, DJ, beverages, welcome and memory displays
• Large commercial beverage refrigerator
• Rehearsal/rehearsal dinner for up to 30 guests
• Beautiful mountain and property locations for wedding photography
Cherrywood Ranch is an à la carte wedding venue. We provide the agreed initial setup of tables, tablecloths, and ceremony chairs. All other decorating and wedding-specific setup is the responsibility of the wedding party, coordinator, and/or vendors.
IMPORTANT: Cherrywood Ranch sets up the ceremony chairs. AFTER THE CEREMONY, THE WEDDING PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE CEREMONY CHAIRS TO THE PAVILION/RECEPTION AREA.
Outside caterers, DJs, photographers, florists, coordinators, food trucks, and other wedding vendors are welcome.
Cherrywood Ranch also has decorations, accessories, and other items that may be borrowed when available. Borrowed items must be returned to their proper location by the following day.
Wedding/event liability insurance is required for all weddings.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot home features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 16 overnight guests.
Whether you're here for a wedding, family getaway, or special occasion, Cherrywood Ranch combines the comfort of a private home with resort-style amenities and the natural beauty of the North Georgia foothills.

THE HOME
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and family-room area makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while cooking, eating, relaxing, and entertaining.
The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, or enjoy an outdoor meal using the grill.
The large game room gives adults and children another place to gather and includes a pool/ping-pong table, board and card games, a full bar, and television.
Outside, you'll find ample seating and gathering areas, the wood-burning fire pit, swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the property.
MAIN FLOOR
The entry, living room, dining room, chef's kitchen, and family room feature an open layout designed for groups to spend time together.
The main floor includes the primary bedroom and three additional guest rooms. All but one of the first-floor guest bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor includes two bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, along with access to a shared patio with beautiful views.
IMPORTANT WEDDING INFORMATION
A lodging reservation does not by itself authorize a wedding or event. All weddings require approval, a separate Cherrywood Ranch Wedding Venue Contract, the applicable wedding venue fee, and required wedding/event liability insurance.
Once the wedding contract is provided, the signed agreement and required event deposit must be received within the specified time to secure the wedding date.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 16 guests.
