This property was perfect for my large family. It was clean and had everything we needed. Did not feel crowded with 8 adults and 10 children. Resort facilities were great, we felt safe and were close to all the things we wanted to do and come back to a peaceful home. I recommend and would stay again!!

The host communicated in a timely and pleasant manor. The house was clean and the theme matched the area of where we were staying.

Had several issues with the community people at the entrance gates. My passes did not work all week and when I waited for HOURS at the front gate to be treated with sarcasm and blame problem on the people who rented the house. I had contacted the company about the issue and they had stated it was fixed. After the second time I contacted them about it, they just did not respond only to give me check out instructions. I was so disappointed. We had stayed at this house in 2024 and the location was great. Now it just seems like we had continued problems. When we first arrived I informed the company of some broken furniture and they sent someone over the following day to look at it.
