The space itself is quite nice and clean. Easy to check in and out. Hosts were quick to respond. Was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for beach days. If I'm being picky - Hot tub was not very hot. Especially during the times we actually wanted to use it (mornings and evenings). It's programed basically to run/heat 8-5. There are small weeds growing up in the cracks of the lanai floor. The supplies were few and quite cheap. A couple of the beds were a little on the hard side. We got a little of a surprise when the pool guy showed up - we had no idea he was coming...All in all - It was a nice place.

This property provided a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was immaculate. Only problem we had was on check-in - the door code didn't work but a call to the property manager quickly resolved that. We had an issue with a light in bathroom ceiling burning out & a small leak in toilet tank - these were fixed within one hour of my call. The house is very roomy & in good condition. Neighborhood is quiet & location makes it easy to access stores and many restaurants.

House fit our needs perfectly. The issue we had was that the hot tub as it was not easy to use despite the directions listed. Also a few broken items in home, one being a beach chair that we didn't notice til we got to the beach so we had to purchase another (50).
