The unit was exactly as described. It is a duplex with the rental unit behind the main house. It has a very private outdoor space. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay there again when in Sarasota.

If we could give it 10we would! The place was super cute and updated. It had everything we needed and more! It's in a great location that is close to downtown, many different beaches and attractions. Anyone who's planning to come to this area needs to check it out! We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The home was clean, exactly as advertised and even felt more spacious than we had anticipated! We would’ve loved to have stayed longer, and we would have if there had not been another booking directly after us. We will definitely return in the future!

Great stay and clean! Had some plumming issues however the host fixed the issue right away.
