The City Park and Fairgrounds neighborhoods remain one of the most vibrant areas of New Orleans, playing home to the incredible JAZZ FEST and seasonal second-line parades. 10-minute walk to Fairgrounds and Bayou St John. 25-minute walk to the closest City Park entrance. Our space is also a short drive to the French Quarter and the Canal Street streetcar.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber/Lyft. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is an eminently bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies in close proximity (we especially recommend Bicycle Michael’s on Frenchmen Street). City Park, Fairgrounds, and Marigny are all within walking distance, and other hotspots such as The Bywater, Magazine Street, and French Quarter are a short drive away. Our property is located about 20 minutes from the airport.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

The house is HUGE and impeccably clean! Owner was prompt in communication and we had a wonderful stay. Would absolutely book this location again! Love the antique New Orleans charm of the home too!

They responded quickly during situations like a neighborhood blackout and other help needed. They also gave recommendations on where we could leave our luggage when we landed earlier than expected. Overall great stay and would stay with them again

We stayed here for a long weekend in Feb and had our microwedding in the front yard. Overall we enjoyed our stay and liked the decor and vibe, but quite a few things went wrong too. The major issues were that the AC went out on the first night, so it was super stuffy and hot upstairs. The pool / hot tub area was dirty and filled with leaves the first day as well, so we couldn't use it until the second night. On the last night, the heat for the hot tub went out with no instructions on how to get it back on.There was a generally unkempt vibe: piles of mail at the front entrance, a large stain on the ground in the back patio, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, dead plants outside that needed pruning, one of the chairs and banisters were broken, the lights in the fridge were all out. For a property this expensive, we were pretty shocked at the lack of attention to detail.
