• Food can be ordered through food delivery apps like ZOMATO & SWIGGY. (Biryani is a must try). The street food of Kolkata has its own unique charm, (be it roll, chowmien, pav bhaji, golgappa [phuchka, locally called] or local milk product sweets) all are unique by its own right. • Booking are for 2 GUESTS ONLY per night, an additional 3rd Guest is allowed with an additional cost (Child 12 yrs to 17 yrs @ 250 per night & Adult 18 yrs and above @ 500 per night).• Please do NOT wear outside shoes/slippers inside the house.
• Guests are requested to abide by the check-in and check-out timings.
• There is 24 x 7 Security Guard at the property for security reasons.
• The use of AC is @ Rs 300 per day.
• The use of Kitchen is optional @ Rs150 per day, ( you will be provided with microwave, gas, fridge and cutlery).
• All payments related to booking are to be made by bank transfer and should be credited to the bank A/C 48 hrs before check-in.
