Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
Our "American Dream" is centrally located, close to restaurants, beaches (Siesta Key Beach and Nokomis Beach), activities, national parks, downtown Sarasota, and shopping malls. You’ll love our place—it’s been renovated, is spacious, and has been decorated with love and genuine care, all in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and tennis court. Families, couples, and solo travelers thrive here.
Our home has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub with a shower and toilet, as well as a vanity with a sink. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped; next to it, you’ll find both a washing machine and a dryer. The living room has high ceilings, creating a lovely, spacious atmosphere. Here you’ll find comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, and space for two extra beds.
There is also a screened patio. It is furnished with a table and four chairs, as well as a small two-seater sofa.
To ensure the best experience, we provide towels, bed linens, beach chairs, and toys. You’re very welcome!

Beautiful property, convenient location, the pool is amazing! The house is exactly as described , clean and quiet neighborhood, quiet house, and the main floor laundry located in the kitchen was so convenient! Plenty of clean sheets and blankets and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the pots and pans and utensils. A generous amount of leftover shampoo and conditioner and laundry detergent and hand soap that sort of thing. Thank you to the property owners! Also beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage was so helpful. The only thing I would change about this property is if the owners could afford it, please add in a box fan or two as well as add more lighting in all of the rooms like we need ceiling lights. Besides that everything was absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for the affordable price and for hosting us. It was amazing. I hope we can come back!

Great location, close to beaches, Siesta, Turtle and just a short drive to Venice Beach and close to shopping, Costco, Walmart, Publix, Aldi’s and Detweiler’s Farm Market.

This is a very nice unit and the pool was warm and hot tub was good. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area with many trees and nice landscaping and yards. The kitchen is excellent, but all of the nonstick pans were scratched and no longer nonstick. The master bed was hard and could use a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Overall, the price is very reasonable and I would recommend staying here, but would like to see the few changes as mentioned above.

Easy ck in , good location. We didn’t use amenities as here to visit family. Would prefer doors on tub, toilet area rather than curtain. Very spacious and comfortable.
