With its prime location, it's less than a 3-minute drive/10-minute walk to the sandy South Beach and the charming downtown area. Precious property and neighborhood. Loved being able to walk to the beach, especially since the hosts shares a wagon and other beach items with guests - so made hauling our stuff super easy. Wish we would have brought our bikes as the town and neighborhood are flat, calm and easy to navigate. The house is small and charming - the Nintendo was a rad bonus too! So the perfect little retreat!

We had a great stay! Host was responsive to any questions, and place was clean and as described. We enjoyed the suggestions for dining, like Clementine’s and Black River Tavern. Cornhole set, sand toys, and beach equipment were appreciated, too! Thank you!

the house overall was very nice and reasonably priced. There were some items inside that needed fixing. There were no spare trash bags, we had only what was provided in the trash can. The kitchen sink dripped. The garbage disposal was sub-par and the sink with the disposal did not drain well. One of the queen-sized beds squeaked with any movement.
