This 2-bedroom unit is equipped with all the essentials and added
luxuries to ensure that guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest. The
property features a washing machine, hair dryer, and a fire alarm for
added convenience and safety. Uninterrupted electricity is provided
through backup power within the property. The warm, modern lounge area
is open plan and leads to a spacious balcony, boasting large sliding
doors that display stunning ocean views and invite plenty of natural
light inside.

The kitchen, although compact, is perfect for creating meals with
friends and provides modern appliances for easy cooking, including a
gas stove. When the weather is cooler, the enclosed sunroom is ideal
for enjoying the surrounding views and relaxing with loved ones.

Rustic elements in the decor style make this holiday home perfectly
suited to its seaside setting. One of the standout features of this
home is the expansive balcony that overlooks the beauty of
Bloubergstrand. Whether staying here with family or friends, there are
endless opportunities for excitement and discovery. Big Bay is home to
one of the best beaches in Cape Town, often hosting kitesurfing

restaurants.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Dolphin Beach, 1 Marine Dr, Bloubergstrand

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
