The flat is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, wifi internet, air conditioning in the living room and in the landing of the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the living room. The cosy urbanisation "Los Naranjos" offers a nice garden with benches to read a quiet book, a children's playground and parking spaces in the urbanisation semi-covered, as well as direct access to the beach from the communal garden.Quiet area, 3 min. walk to the sandy beach (100 m), only 100 m to several restaurants, 550 m to the big supermarket "Consum", 300 m to the nearest pharmacy, etc. The centre of Denia is 5 km away and can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes.
