Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and Packery Channel or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. So many ways to enjoy this little vacation paradise. Easy check ins with remote (dedicated only to you) door code. Everything was clean and as pictured. The only thing was we had to sleep in the pull out couch due to the bed being very uncomfortable.

From our very first contact with Tracie before renting to the final time we locked the door we had a fabulous experience! Her home away from home was perfect for the two of us to spend a week either on the beach or exploring the area! Home was super clean, very well equipped from fluffy towels to beach equipment to comfy bed and awesome kitchen and more! Clearly Tracie has taken taken great pride in her delightful property, it wasn’t just “a rental, but it was home”! So glad we found this hidden gem and would love to return! Thanks Tracie for being an awesome hostess!!

the property was clean. however, the exterior was a disappointment. the exterior could use paint, the wood for the decks need to be replaced or at least power washed. the pool area needs new chairs and the pool deck needs paint. the pool was clean though.
Inside our unit was good, but some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Also, there was no washer and dryer.
The beach is super close, only a block away.
