Overall, the house was pretty much as expected and we had a great time visiting SLC for the first time! The host was very responsive and even purchased a high chair for us along with TP and paper towels when we realized there were none left in the house. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the property - we found dead bugs easily seen on the floor of the kids room and cat food pieces that should have been easily found if the property had been cleaned properly. The dishes were put away dirty and there was long hair present on the shower wall prior to anyone using the showers.

IWhen we arrived at the house, we found it be pretty dirty, and had to spend multiple hours cleaning to be comfortable in it. However, the host was very responsive when we contacted him with the issue, and was able to refund the cleaning fee. The house was very roomy, and the pool was a great plus once we cleaned it. The house was not in the best location, and the pictures on the listing showed a newly remodeled house and a clean blue pool, which is not what we found when we checked in.
