Very proactive in responding. Only slight downer was that there should be highlighted that 1 of the rooms was extremely small. The others were large

We had all our family including 8 adults and 1 grandchild. First impressions was that it was perfect for our family event. The swimming pool was shallow at one end and about 8 feet in the deep end- again perfect for us. Table tennis, darts and pool table was an added bonus. Unfortunately there was negatives, I was told on arrival that we were unable to use the front door for the week. Also we couldn’t close the front gate as it locked and was very difficult to open once locked and therefore left it open all week. In summary perfect property but a few things require some work and it would be perfect.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything, would definitely recommend this particular villa to any group of people planning on visiting the area.

The property was as described. It was a little far from the centre and we tended to get taxi at approx 3euro.
The facilities in the apartment were great.
The floors in the apartment hadn’t been cleaned and we’re black, the pool floor hasn’t been cleaned as there was an apple core and glass on the floor. One of the outside chairs was damaged and shouldn’t have been left for people to use
