Absolutely perfect! Small but mighty! Everything you could possible need to enjoy a home away from home. Close to beaches and shopping. We came to Naples for a family get together and enjoyed our time with family and also our time in our cozy studio. Thank you Frank!

A problem checking in and checking out,but the place is great. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, salt pepper. You are all set for a long stay. The shower is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

The studio worked great for us. It was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, cooler especially for a studio.I wasn’t sure if we could use the bikes on the property or if those were for the main house. Frank was very responsive so I could have asked but didn’t. We had a great week. Thank you!
