GUEST ACCESS
- The fireplace is not a traditional wood-burning one. We have an electric log set that gives a good ambiance. Does not provide heat. The home has a mini-split heat and cooling system to provide temperature control for comfort year-round.

- Washer and dryer available. We ask for no more than one laundry load per week as the home is on a septic system and overuse could cause a backup. The dryer can be used as needed, please check the lint trap for safety.

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the property. There are local charging stations in nearby Point Arena and Elk.

- One-time pet fee is $117.

- The open loft area is up a steep ladder with low ceilings

- Access to the Full Bathroom is through the master bedroom

- Irish Beach is experiencing ants, especially after a rain. I do have a regular pest service to help limit these types of issues at the house. But due to the beautiful remote location, it's impossible to get rid of them entirely.

- There are standard Ring cameras positioned only at the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

- Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request.

- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

- Friendly Note
I do my best to maintain the home and amenities carefully, but issues may occur with Wi-Fi, spa/ pool, appliances, or utilities due to weather, outages, or mechanical factors. Some interruptions are outside my control, and not all can be resolved immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected disruptions or guest cancellations.

- Acknowledgement & Liability
By booking, guests agree to use the home at their own risk, follow all rules, and assume responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, lost items, or amenity interruptions beyond the host’s control.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE BLIND CARE AGREEMENT:
To keep the booking process simple and avoid collecting or holding cash security deposits, I require all incoming guests to review and sign a brief, digital Window Blind Care Agreement prior to arrival.
Why I do this:
The home features high-end, custom window coverings that are inspected and tested before every stay to ensure flawless operation. This straightforward agreement simply asks that guests take responsibility for proper, careful operation during their stay.
How it works:
After booking, you will receive an automated link to our secure guest portal to sign the agreement electronically. Door codes and check-in instructions will be released automatically once completed. I appreciate your transparency and cooperation!

Looking forward to hosting you!
