Igor place was fantastic, very spacious, with a great style, in a very quiet location, not in the tourist crowd centre but at walking distance from beaches, supermarket and good restaurants. Igor was great in let us in a bit earlier than due, and it helped us a lot, as we were travelling with small babies. All and all it was a fantastic choice that I recomend to everyone

Good location, friendly helpful host. Apartment ok, stove did not work so well and aircondition only in one room.

The apartment is well located and does the job, even though very basic equipments & furniture. Igor and his colleague Alessia were very reactive and helpful.

The property is beautifully located to central Rovinj which is why we selected it. Rovinj is a such a lovely place to visit and we loved the vibe and restaurants. We were expecting basic/rustic accommodation but this is in need of updating - possibly hasn't been updated in 20 years. Springs in master bed were painful and the cooking utensils were very old and not clean. Depressive feel to property and after researching we could have achieved a much higher quality accommodation for the price we paid. The air conditioning is only in the master bed. A microwave would have been useful and kettle was old and not working correctly.
