- Strictly no smoking in the house, on the balcony or in any common areas of the property.

- GoGet is a convenient car-sharing service available in Five Dock, offering access to vehicles for short-term use. You can book cars by the hour or day, providing flexibility for your transportation needs. For more details about GoGet services, including available vehicles and booking procedures, you can visit their website or use their mobile app.



Note: The pool is heated to 26+ degrees from October through to April; the temperature may still vary according to the weather. The pool is maintained & checked monthly to ensure the water is clean and balanced. You will be notified prior to their arrival.



In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.



Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorization bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur).
