Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this 2 story cozy cottage. Nestled in the Foothills of the Santa Clarita Valley. You will be immersed in a community of beautiful equestrian properties and surrounded by the great outdoors.
This is a detached guesthouse, only connected through a bridge. With that being said, our guests will have complete privacy. This is a gated property and you will have access to pet our horses and, if time allows, enjoy a horse ride in the arena. Also you will have your own gate code to go in and out of the property at your own discretion.

The property was perfect for our family. The location was close to family we were visiting. We also enjoyed being on property with horses right there.

I would give 100 stars if I could. This has easily become one of our all-time favorite stays.
The cottage itself is absolutely gorgeous- beautifully maintained, cozy, meticulously clean, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together.
The property is just beyond stunning. Waking up to the peaceful views and seeing the horses made the whole experience magical. We even bought carrots to feed one of the horses, which was such a fun and memorable moment. They even have a play structure, which my kid loved. The wonder
We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This property and cottage both are stunning. The owner was very communicative and the cottage is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family trip. Easy access to the 14 and plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be back!
