A courtyard garden that’s fully enclosed to the rear and three spacious bedrooms upstairs; includes the master bedroom offering sea views and an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom on the same floor. Rockham Bay view is also doggie friendly, with plenty of walks nearby they'll be entertained too!

Location is in an elevated position above the road and very close to the surfing beach of Woolacombe, you are surrounded by beautiful National Trust land, with many walks close by, including the breathtaking Morte Point and Bull point light house. On foot stroll a few minutes into Mortehoe village, visit the museum Chichester arms pub, church, village shop and delightful tea rooms.

Enjoy social evenings in the kitchen diner with the family gathered around the large surfboard shaped dining table.
