Your best home away from home just steps from the gorgeous gulf coast. 2 Bedroom (queen beds), each with en-suite and balcony, with additional sleeping area that has 2 twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa downstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Condo also has beach toys for the little ones, and beach towels for everyone! Boogie boards and Corn Hole too! Come make a lifetime of memories in SPI!

Perfectly located on the island in between all the fun stuff but still quiet and peaceful. We had fun using the beach supplies provided and the extra towels were useful! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking as well.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the trip. The condo was spotless, well stocked, and in an excellent location close to everything we wanted to do. The nearby grocery store was very convenient and easy to walk to. The host was responsive and easy to work with.Overall, a wonderful stay and a great host. Thank you!

This is an outstanding condo! We had plenty of space and it was well stocked. It is a great location as it is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Checking in & out was seamless and we had no issues. Our parents live in LIV so we come down every year and this is our favorite place so far!
