The property is showing real signs of disrepair. The floors have been water damaged to the point that the wood slats are completely disconnected from one another. The front door handle is loose so it does not secure the door well when locked. There are holes in the walls that have been patched but not painted. The TV remotes are mismatched so none of them worked with the livingroom TV. Nothing major was wrong but the accumulation of so many little things made the property a real dissapointment. We were also suprised that motor vehicles are allowed on the beach. This was a first for us so because it was a holiday weekend the beach was totally inaccessible. It was a "parking lot" next to a very busy "road". The innitial picture of a small condo next to an empty beach is quite misleading.
