This oceanside beach house has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of idyllic sunset views from the top floor which includes a spacious deck. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning surrounded by beautiful oak trees!

Large driveway with carport, basketball hoop, Hot Tub, charcoal park style and gas grill. Come inside to the entry foyer, laundry with full sized washer and dryer.

4 large bedrooms, (1 with Queen, deck access and large ensuite remodeled private bath with double sinks and large shower; 1 with 2 bunk sets; 1 with Twins, 1 with Double), full 2026 remodeled bath in the hall (with tub/shower and double sink vanity).
Level 3:
Great room that includes an open remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 4, new dining room set and living room with sliding door to a large l-shaped sun deck. Dine al fresco while enjoying the sound view! Bedroom (King with adjoining remodeled full bath with large shower, double sinks and access from hall).

Overall it was a nice experience. The owner seems to be making some nice investments in the property like new appliances. House was a little dirty when we got there, but I assume that is attributable to the cleaning crew.
