This one level single family pool home is fully equipped with all your vacation needs that makes it a perfect home away from home. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully loaded with cable, TV's, wireless internet throughout the home, fresh linens, fully equipped kitchen, games room, and a gorgeous large private pool, this home has it all.
Windward Cay is a family community located in Kissimmee, Florida. This private development is surrounded by beautiful pine forest, ranch land, lush tropical landscape, and conservation areas. This one story single family pool home is fully equipped with all your vacation needs that makes it a perfect home away from home. With its spacious living/ dining area, with seating for six, there is also a dinette with seating for four, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, this home is fully loaded with cable, TV's, wireless internet throughout the home, fresh linens, and a gorgeous east facing private pool, this home has it all. Featuring three bedrooms, one master with ensuite, and two double twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Just 15 minutes from the theme parks, and main attractions, shopping malls, golf courses and entertainment makes Windward Cay the ideal location for dream Florida vacation. Windward Cay is between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Mall at Milenia, Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, Daytona & Cocoa Beach.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

This was supposed to be a family vacation to celebrate 2 of our children graduating college, our 25th wedding anniversary, and our oldest child's engagement. We have a lot of health problems , so we just wanted a place to relax and refresh. THIS WAS IT!! While my husband and I could not go, our children made it and had the BEST time. The home is easy to locate, in a safe neighborhood, and it's so comfortable and cozy! The kids had a blast swimming, playing pool & ping pong, and lounging on the super comfortable furniture. In addition, the hosts are fantastic. We look forward to staying again when we are in the area!

The house was a perfect size for my family of 5. Granted, two of my older boys slept in twin beds but they didn’t seem to mind. The house is a little outdated but that was the least of my worries. It was well maintained and clean so that’s all I really cared about. We had a very minor issue with what appeared to be baby ants. They were more of a nuisance than anything. They appeared by the sink and in the spare bathroom. I let the host know and she sent pest control over the next day. It didn’t seem to completely get rid of them but definitely helped. We also paid for pool beat and I think the pool maintenance came by one day to clean. We attempted to use the pool one cool night and the water was very cold. It turns out the water level was below the skimmer which didn’t allow the heat to pump in. It was more of an annoyance that I had to drag a hose in and not use the pool that night as it was too cold for me. So for that, I guess I’d take away a half star. The host did not reply to those concerns but I think it was because the vacation rental company spoke to me? I’m not really sure. As another renter noted,the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work. So we had to go buy ice. But just another little inconvenience. Overall, I’d stay again.

Great location, great pool.
The beds in this rental were terrible. Absolutely. The bathtub drain was plugged the whole time. Window coverings were old and partially missing, the dishes and utensils need to be overhauled. It all felt a little chaotic. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor every day.
The house requires a thorough cleaning and an update.

Washer and dryer were great, never entered the games room.
The pool guy was pretty friendly, kudos to him.
