Pet Friendly - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet - max 2 pups (40lbs or less). All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.
There is a tank provided with the grill, but propane is not included. There may be some left from a previous guest, otherwise you would need to bring the tank to an area grocery store, Home Depot, Ace Hardware or Lowe's and swap it out for a full tank. Some amenities are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Boat Rental, Golf, Etc.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking. Max occupancy is 6 guests at any time, including visitors. Gatherings, Parties, Events, etc. that go over our max occupancy are not allowed. Quiet Hours are enforced.

Clean, spacious and convenient location.
Very satisfied with the communication with the owner as well as the instructions provided at the property.
The garage was a bonus with Florida weather - we were able to park our rental car inside the garage and avoided getting wet and heating the car up in the sun.
The yard is not fenced, so keep your eyes on the fur baby if you’re staying with one.
The bedrooms are spacious and the the house is overall well-staged for family stay.

This is a lovely townhome - would rent again. Spent time with our single adult son who lives 20 minutes away & our adult granddaughter who lives on the coast just south of Jacksonville.
