• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Guests will check in with the front desk to receive parking pass and door code. Bring your license plate number.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

The condo itself was nice, looked exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, in the first 2 days the microwave stopped working and the smoke detector batteries went out. Maintenance was able to come fix it the day after I sent a request, but still inconvenient (and hard to sleep through beeping the entire night). Both showers fill up while you shower so not sure of the draining issue. The lights in the condo also flicker like there is a power surge. The Joe Schmo Bar and Grill onsite is not very good. 2/3 grills outside were out of serve due to construction and the remaining one did not work.The pools are nice and the walk to the beach is very short. A lot of places include 2 chairs and an umbrella each day, but you have to pay for them here. You also have to pay for laundry vs having a unit. Overall, for the price, experience, and lack of included amenities I would choose somewhere else to stay in Destin.

The condo was nice but the resort was not

After staying here and looking at other properties.
There’s several out there just as nice/nicer & a lot less expensive.
Beach Chair & Umbrella rental is an extra $50 a day cost at this location as well.
(This service is included at many other rentals)
Host was very nice.
I did tell her the things that needed attention in the condo and took pictures of the areas that needs cleaning/things fixed or replaced…
She wasn’t interested in the pictures,
She just stated they are buying new furniture in the future?
The kitchen table rocks when eating at the table….
We even tried to put things under the leg to fix it.
There’s a vent in the master bath that has black build up on it/it looks like mold…
The refrigerator could use a deep cleaning….
Upon arrival, kitchen counters had a gooey/sticky substance on them….Had to clean them…
We feel we left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.
This property is more expensive than most,
We did not mind the cost but wanted to have an enjoyable clean stay as well….
Do your research,
you will find “more bang for your buck” elsewhere…..
We actually LOVED Destin and did book
(at another location) to come back in Jan.
She didn’t seem to interested/concerned about the moldy vent and stated “she will talk to her cleaner's”, that was her response.
You will need to go shopping or bring supplies also…
You’ll need toilet paper for sure (one roll provided for each bathroom)
Just know, there’s nicer/cheaper places to stay in Destin.
