Mai Tai`d Beach House
Our home offers everything needed for a memorable beach vacation. The kitchen is fully appointed with all dishes, cookware, glasses, and utensils. It even has a Keurig style K-Cup coffee maker and an extra refrigerator!
The living room features a large flat screen TV, plenty of natural lighting, and a dining area so everyone can mingle and enjoy time together. There`s a furnished screened in porch which has extra seating for enjoying a meal or simply taking in the beach town vibes and sipping a Mai Tai drink after a day in the sun.
There is a private yard for your pets and plenty of space for them to play. Our home, being just 1 short block from the beach, is away from traffic of Ocean Boulevard!
Grill Out & Chill Out! Take advantage of our outdoor grill and patio area with seating for that perfect cheeseburger in paradise!
Our home has plenty of sleeping options for up to 12 guests! The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total), and there is even a sleeper sofa in the living room. There`s one full bath, one half bath, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water for maximum comfort. There`s also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

Location was perfect, we had to clean the property when we got here. We couldn’t set out front because it was filthy, we had to pick up fireworks from previous and do some dishes that were supposedly clean but weren’t. Linens weren’t clean when we got here. Washer backed up into the shower, other than that it was okay

The overall experience was amazing and we would definitely like to come back. There was more to do than expected and the owner was amazing and checked in on us as they was in the area to see if we needed anything. Will definitely recommend staying at this location. It is also a lot closer to the beach than anticipated. Thanks again for everything.

had to wait outside the house for 2 hours when we first arrived. owner would not answer calls texts or emails. other than that the house was moderately clean. not mentioned in the description is the very odd half bath which i would consider a quarter bath. it is just a toilet that was clearly just thrown in a closet. we had no problem using it but it was odd to say the least and the door had a hard time staying on the hinges. the location of the house was perfect right on the beach and a 10 minute walk from the main drive with tons of cool shops and the interstate which had lots of restaurants and shops aswell.
