Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a proper evening meal. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dish soap and sponge to keep things tidy. A washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a dedicated workspace, and a pond view - a calm retreat at the end of a busy day. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. The third bedroom is Disney-themed, complete with bunk beds and a trundle bed underneath, designed to delight younger guests and make their Florida trip memorable from the moment they walk in.

Champions Gate puts you in one of Central Florida's most convenient corridors for theme park visits. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away (around 20-25 minutes), with Epcot at roughly 14 miles and Disney Springs at 13. Universal Orlando Resort and Volcano Bay are both around 21 miles out (approximately 35-40 minutes). Legoland Florida is about 25 miles away, and Orlando International Airport is roughly 27 miles from the property.

The home comes stocked with a starter supply of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you may need to restock. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free parking is provided on the premises and on the street.
