We provide many items to make your stay fun and carefree - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest, binoculars, games, books, wine bottle insulated carrier, and much more. This is decorated and comfortable as a home away from home - not a sterile hotel room. We are the owners and love this unit and are here to answer questions and be available. It's like staying at a friend's place.

KEYLESS LOCK ENTRY - no wasting time at a front desk or lobby, go straight to your room and start your vacation!
INSIDE - full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, baking dishes, pans, plates, platters, toaster, blender, microwave, and more. Linens and basic toiletries provided. (bath and beach towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc). Unit has WIFI and Smart TVs with Roku in bedroom and living room, over 500 channels, a safe, brand new couch/sleeper sofa with Queen gel memory foam mattress, dining table to enjoy meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot (cone filters), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryer and a standing towel warmer to keep swimsuits and towels warm and dry.
King bedroom suite - and oh that bedroom! Very elegant and a true getaway. Storage under the bed for your large luggage pieces so you can unpack and settle in. Plenty of drawer space.
Custom granite bar area IN the condo - with barstools, glasses, ice bucket, wine opener, Bose speaker for music. This is a real date place for a romantic getaway.
RESORT AMENITIES - Outdoor and indoor heated pools and hot tubs, on-site gym in your building, two lush lawns with lounge chairs and picnic tables, laundry room uses coins or app pay, drop off luggage circle with luggage carts available, multiple elevators, covered parking, vending machines in building. Showers on the private boardwalk to the beach so you can rinse off.
The Palms Resort, 14th floor
Walking distance to many dining options and main attractions. Just blocks from the main Boardwalk. Perfect location to be close to the activity BUT far enough away to be peaceful. Only 4 condos per floor, quiet and more private than most. See Broadway at the Beach fireworks from the front balcony and the pier fireworks from the ocean front balcony during the peak seasons. Several restaurants 2-3 blocks away, many on 21st Ave, we are on 24th.
Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Ave, which may result in some construction noise on the pier during standard working hours by the city. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

One parking pass included on the fridge. Display in your vehicle while using parking garage, return to fridge before leaving. No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts per HOA rules.

I’m We had a great stay! The area is beautiful, with amazing views and plenty of things to see and do. We did get some rainy weather during our trip, but there was still more than enough to keep us busy.One thing I would recommend is renting a car if you plan to explore the area. We relied on Ubers quite a bit, and having our own vehicle would have been much more convenient.The place itself was adorable and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing worth noting is that the bed sits fairly high off the ground, so older guests or anyone with mobility concerns may want to keep that in mind.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The property came much as advertised. Access to the unit and parking across the street was seamless.It was a good size for two people. The bathroom is quite tiny so makeup and other toiletries had to be placed on the bar in the living room. There are quite a few Knick knacks and personal items throughout the unit.We didn’t do any meal prep so we can’t comment on kitchen. There was a lack of a decent wine glass. If you like to make martinis there seem to be ample glassware choices.We enjoyed the balcony in the morning and in the evening. The adjoining unit balconies are quite close but we were lucky the units were not occupied so it was quite private.The view is compromised to the north as the neighbouring building blocks any view to the north. There is construction extending out into the ocean in front of the unit.Open views of the ocean are obstructed by the above.Beach access from the building is easy. The property is well cared for.

The condo is real cute and cozy. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach is just steps away. The building is well maintained and parking was convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent. There is nearby building and pier construction ongoing. There was also street noise each night.

Unfortunately, there should have been full disclosure (or any mention) about the construction/pier/water management system, that is being built on the beach and out in the water right outside the condo. The noise of the machinery, the smell of diesel fuel and the big eye sore… caused a lot of disappointment on this vacation. I believe this project is going to be ongoing for quite some time.Other than that big disappointment… the condo was great… Perfect location… Free parking across the street… had everything that you needed.
